
This event will bring dozens of vendors and entertainers together with there wares and talents to show thousands of patrons attending this UNIQUE EXPERIENCE!!!!! WIth Themed food beverages for you to enjoy
If you're interested in being a vendor at THE BARBARIAN FESTIVAL please fill out the form by the end of January.
Date of Event: APRIL 24TH 25th and 26th
Cost: $250.00 per 10x10 booth $300 per 10x20 booth $40 for power
Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: canopies, tables, chairs etc.,
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events.
There will be security for overnight
No running water available
Our event runs from Friday 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 am on Friday Break down will be on Monday Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it
We reserve the right to censor any booth
ALL VENDOR FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY TUE END OF JANUARY 2026!!!!!
HMF PRODUCTIONS LTD or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during THE BARBARIAN FESTIVAL
